Company |
Request for medical retrieval, quotation for
clinical service or seeking advice. |
Establish who is to coordinate clinical and operational aspects. Request
verbal and written (faxed) tasking. |
Proceed as clinically indicated. |

| Airline or charter operator |
Seeking advice. Notification of tasking of an
aircraft to transport patient. Now seeking medical input. |
Identify patient, referring doctor and Assistance Company. |
Contact referring doctor and/or Assistance Company. |
